Our approach to data center development
We develop powered data parks.
We plan and build dedicated power alongside the data center so that local grids aren’t strained and communities aren’t left shouldering the cost.
This approach means taxpayers aren’t paying for energy they won’t use, and power needed for the project is planned from day one.
We don’t finalize plans until conversations happen because we understand every community is different.
Local leaders and landowners are part of the process from the start, helping shape decisions around water use, visual impact, noise, and other community priorities. We take all input seriously, and adjust designs when it makes sense.
We work in the open.
We don’t hide behind NDAs or make closed-door agreements.
Information is shared clearly and early so local leaders and neighbors understand what’s being proposed, what the tradeoffs are, and how the project could affect the community.
We respect the public process.
We work within established local and state processes, including public meetings and approvals.
Every acre is voluntarily leased or sold. There is no eminent domain and no pressure. We take community feedback seriously, we love curiosity, and we listen first.

We don’t dodge tough questions or make promises we can’t keep. If something is still being studied, we say so. If there’s a tradeoff, we’re upfront about it.

We operate the power projects behind the powered data park, which keeps us invested in its impact on the community long after opening day.

We build with local stakeholders from the start — incorporating feedback on water use, setbacks, traffic, and
visual impact to reduce friction and accelerate approvals.
